Day 01 :

Pick up from the airport

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), a friendly staff member from Serengeti Landmark Tours will be there to welcome you for your Great Migration Tracker safari. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha, where you can relax after your journey and prepare for your Great Migration Tracker experience.

In the evening, you will have a safari briefing, where our team will go over your itinerary, answer any questions, and ensure you are fully prepared for your Great Migration Tracker adventure. Get a good night’s rest—your unforgettable safari begins tomorrow.

Day 02 :

Arusha to Serengeti

Your day begins with an early pick-up from your hotel or lodge after breakfast as your Great Migration Tracker safari officially continues. From there, you’ll set off on a scenic drive toward the legendary Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations in the Great Migration Tracker journey.

The route takes you through the beautiful highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering breathtaking views and a chance to spot wildlife along the way during your Great Migration Tracker experience. You’ll pass traditional Maasai villages and rolling plains before arriving at the Serengeti entrance gate.

Upon entering the park, you’ll enjoy an en-route game drive as part of the Great Migration Tracker, heading deeper into the heart of the Serengeti. Keep your camera ready—this drive offers excellent chances to spot giraffes, zebras, elephants, and big cats roaming the vast savannah.

A packed lunch will be provided along the way, and by late afternoon, your Great Migration Tracker safari continues as you arrive at Seronera in central Serengeti for an exciting game drive. You will explore until late evening, experiencing the magical Serengeti sunset and watching wildlife up close—sometimes even witnessing predators hunting or making a kill.

After the game drive, you will head to Seronera campsite for dinner and overnight, ending a thrilling day of your Great Migration Tracker adventure in the wild.
