Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), a friendly staff member from Serengeti Landmark Tours will be there to welcome you for your Safari Serenity experience. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha, where you can relax after your journey and prepare for your Safari Serenity adventure.

In the evening, you will have a safari briefing, where our team will go over your itinerary, answer any questions, and ensure you are fully prepared for your Safari Serenity safari. Get a good night’s rest—your unforgettable safari begins tomorrow.

We will pick you up from your hotel at 7:30am for your Safari Serenity adventure, and after being introduced to your guide and chef, we will drive to Tarangire National Park (approx. 2-hour drive), one of the highlights of your Safari Serenity experience. The park is famous for its diverse landscapes, ancient baobab trees, and the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania.

Tarangire offers unique opportunities to observe elephant families interacting in their natural habitat during your Safari Serenity safari. We will enjoy a game drive through the park, following reported wildlife sightings. Predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards can be more challenging to spot, while herbivores like giraffes, wildebeests, and zebras are commonly seen throughout your Safari Serenity journey.

Later, we will stop at the Tarangire River picnic site to enjoy lunch with beautiful views of the river and surrounding wildlife. Small monkeys and baboons may try to approach, but there is no need to worry as you enjoy this part of your Safari Serenity experience.

After lunch, we will continue with an afternoon game drive before heading to our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay, completing a memorable day of your Safari Serenity safari.

After breakfast, you will begin an early game drive in Tarangire as part of your Safari Serenity journey before exiting the park and proceeding toward Serengeti National Park. This scenic drive takes approximately 6 hours (including all stops) as your Safari Serenity experience passes through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Along the way, you will make a brief stop at the gate and viewpoint to enjoy the breathtaking view of the Ngorongoro Crater for up to 20 minutes, one of the highlights of your Safari Serenity safari. You will also have the optional opportunity to visit a Maasai village during your Safari Serenity adventure. This cultural stop takes 20–45 minutes and costs 10 USD (not included in the package).

Serengeti National Park

In the late afternoon, your Safari Serenity continues as you arrive in Serengeti and begin a game drive in Seronera (central Serengeti). You will explore the vast plains until late evening, enjoying the unforgettable Serengeti sunset and observing wildlife up close. If lucky, you may witness predators hunting or making a kill—one of the most thrilling moments of your Safari Serenity experience.

After the game drive, you will proceed to Seronera campsite for dinner and overnight stay, ending a spectacular day of your Safari Serenity safari.

Seronera, Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast will go on an early game drive with a short walk within the park seeing a lot of animals till afternoon where will head to camp for lunch and packing doing a game drive while we exit the Serengeti heading to Simba campsite with crater view (2hrs drive) near rim of Ngorongoro crater.

After some breakfast, you will depart the lodge with a picnic lunch and descend into the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. When you arrive at the edge of the crater and take in the amazing view of one of the Natural Wonders of the World you'll be surprised. The crater of this inactive volcano is approximately 3 million years old, 20 km in size, and the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world. It is possible to see all of Africa's Big Five within the crater among a vast array of other wildlife including hundreds of bird species. You'll enjoy not less than six hours of game drives in the crater before departing and heading to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
