Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), a friendly staff member from Serengeti Landmark Tours will welcome you for your Land of Giants Safari Experience. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha, where you can relax and begin your Land of Giants Safari Experience journey in comfort after your flight.

In the evening, you will enjoy a safari briefing, where our team will explain your itinerary, answer all questions, and prepare you for the upcoming adventure. This marks the official start of your Land of Giants Safari Experience. Get a good night’s rest—your unforgettable safari begins tomorrow.

We will pick you up from your hotel at 7:30am and, after meeting your guide and safari chef, you will begin your Land of Giants Safari Experience with a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. This park is famous for its diverse landscapes and is especially known for its ancient baobab trees and the largest elephant population in Tanzania, offering a perfect introduction to your Land of Giants Safari Experience.

Inside the park, you will enjoy a full game drive exploring different areas depending on reported wildlife sightings. Tarangire is home to a wide range of animals, including predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which are more difficult to spot, as well as large herds of herbivores like giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest.

Later, you will stop at the Tarangire River picnic site for lunch, where you can enjoy stunning views of the river and wildlife activity. Be mindful that small monkeys and baboons are often around, but they are harmless as long as you keep your food secure. After lunch, the game drive continues as part of your Land of Giants Safari Experience, before heading to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Your Land of Giants Safari Experience continues with an early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater at around 6:15 am. This unforgettable part of your Land of Giants Safari Experience offers one of the best chances to see the rare black rhino, the hardest animal to spot in the crater, while other wildlife is much easier to observe due to the unique crater floor ecosystem.

The Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations, where lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and many other species can be seen in a single game drive. After enjoying a picnic lunch inside the crater, you will continue with an afternoon game drive as part of your Land of Giants Safari Experience.

Later in the afternoon, you will ascend the crater and prepare for your journey to Tulia Spa & Boutique, arriving in the evening for dinner and relaxation after an incredible safari day.

This marks a memorable highlight of your Land of Giants Safari Experience, offering diverse landscapes and rich wildlife encounters in a compact area.

Upon arrival in Arusha in the late afternoon or early evening, you will be dropped off at your hotel, Kilimanjaro International Airport, Arusha Airport, or any preferred location within the city, marking the end of your Land of Giants Safari Experience.
