Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK), a friendly staff member from Serengeti Landmark Tours will be there to welcome you, marking the beginning of The Roar & Beyond Safari. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Arusha, where you can relax after your journey and prepare for The Roar & Beyond Safari experience. In the evening, you will have a safari briefing, where our team will go over your itinerary, answer any questions, and ensure you are well-prepared for your adventure. After breakfast, you will be picked up to begin your journey with The Roar & Beyond Safari, starting with a scenic game drive en route to Tarangire gate, which takes about 2 hours, followed by a quick registration before entering the park. As part of The Roar & Beyond Safari, you will explore this unique landscape of sparse vegetation dotted with iconic baobab and acacia trees, known for having one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in the northern circuit outside the Serengeti ecosystem. Animals you can expect to spot include zebras, cheetahs, giraffes, lions, Thomson's and Grant's gazelles, Kori bustards, various antelope species, and large herds of elephants. You will enjoy a picnic lunch alongside the River Tarangire before continuing with your afternoon game drive until evening. Later, you will exit the park and head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, completing another unforgettable day of The Roar & Beyond Safari.

The crater, an inactive volcanic caldera approximately 3 million years old and 20 km in size, is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world and a highlight of The Roar & Beyond Safari experience. It is possible to see all of Africa’s Big Five within the crater, along with a vast array of other wildlife including hundreds of bird species. You will enjoy not less than six hours of game drives in the crater before departing and heading to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, concluding another remarkable day of The Roar & Beyond Safari.

Today, The Roar & Beyond Safari begins early around 6:30 am as you head out for a morning game drive with a chance to witness a magnificent African sunrise in the bush. After a cup of coffee, The Roar & Beyond Safari continues as you explore the wilderness and its incredible wildlife awakening among the dew-covered grasses. You will have a great opportunity to see large groups of wildebeest grazing with newborn calves appearing daily on the endless grass plains, and this is also a prime moment during The Roar & Beyond Safari to observe large predators in action as they hunt wildebeest. After a successful game drive in the Ndutu area, you will enjoy the sunset before heading back to camp for dinner and an overnight stay, marking another memorable day of The Roar & Beyond Safari.

Today will be a rewarding day whereby after having your breakfast you will be taken for the game drive to the southern part of Serengeti. You will enjoy seeing different animals including elephants, buffaloes, hippos, giraffes, impalas, warthogs, zebras, hyenas, leopards, cheetahs, and lions are found in plenty. Then, later you will have your lunch and start to drive via the Ngorongoro Highland on your way to Arusha. You will be dropped off at your accommodation or airport and go back home with a lot of memories with you.
