We will pick you up from your hotel at 7:30am, and after being introduced to your guide and chef, we will begin your Great Migration safari journey with a drive to Tarangire National Park (about 2 hours). This park is an important part of the Great Migration safari circuit and is famous for its diverse landscape, ancient baobab trees, and the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania, offering unique chances to observe elephant family interactions.
During your Great Migration safari, we will enjoy a game drive across the park depending on reported wildlife sightings, with a focus on predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which are key highlights of the Great Migration safari experience. Herbivores like giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, and many others are commonly seen throughout the park.
Later, we will stop at the Tarangire River picnic site to enjoy lunch with a beautiful view of the river and wildlife—one of the peaceful moments of your Great Migration safari. Small monkeys and baboons may try to approach your lunch, but there is nothing to worry about.
